I do not know where we Stand on this topic, but there is growing uncertainty on it. I keep hearing speak English or be Kicked, however there is no stated rule in the MOTD or anywhere else. I have heard this statement in the Pub server by other higher ups. I followed what I heard asking this guy to stop speaking German. Not sure if it is Bannable or anything of the sort. It has been a growing problem in our server that Euro who don't speak English are clearly filling the air with foreign language chatter, I particularly don't mind it, however As I said I have heard alot of staff members state in game "SPEAK ENGLISH or Get Kicked"

Reasons for the Ban: Refusal to follow rules regarding speaking English in the server, when asked got an attitude saying " why the hell do I have to speak English." This was stated in German, then continued to speak German in the server, some of which was typed. He was asked three more time to discontinue speaking German, he then continued to disregard, as if he did not hear when clearly he did when he responded why do I have to speak English.

Recommended duration of ban: Up to Office

Demo Provided?: No closed out window and it was gone.

As MP I will state that EVERYTHING in MOTD must be followed. If there is no rule against languages then there is no reason for him to be kicked. Hell if that was the case then I would've been kicked a long time ago when I talk to Legend in Korean.

This issue seems related to the spawn shooting incident also. Again, it's not written in the MOTD so it's ok to shoot in spawn AS LONG as they don't intentionally team kill/wound.

There are a few things you should know before I give you a date for Basic Combat Training (BCT). Firstly, you are restricted to the weapon class of Rifleman for the duration of your time as a Recruit.
