july 18th my Great Grandmotehr died and my Brother had his power turned off at his home. July 24th Brother brigns pot and crack into temporay home Mine and my Mothers. July 25th mother starts using Pot with mental illness and mental unstablity. july 30th brother desides to find a way to move in to home and requires 25000 to do so for inplace exit windows in celler plan fails augest 7th. Augest 15thBrotehr finds new palce Motehr declaes she wants to move with them so they can do pot and sell the house and leave me homeless.. August 15th Worst day in my life 23 college student no job do to ecnomie and lack of employment looking for some one with a spare bedroom or empty room with internet acess will pay rent and cable bill i am sorry 1st MRB and i will be continuesly looking for help with this problem im in a very dark place and with very few options do to manuplation and timing... how ever i can move out of state due to college classes starting in 2 weeks to teh day... please help i do not want to live o the street as well i might be posting a LOA as well due to the sistuation i am sorry to botehr you all with my problem and this is not a joke at all and i know this is not the ebst palce to do it but this is the only community of people i get along with enugh and trust enough to ask and i dont want to deal with my family anymore thank u and agian i am very sorry.

You need to either go to a college that has dorms and will give you enough financial aid to afford life or get a job and find an apartment. You can always go to college later.

I know it's a scary moment but you have to calm down and start looking either online or places that are hiring. You are not the only person who has gone through this and there is ALWAYS help on how to stop it and continue with your future plans with no worries.

Some places to get you started, also even check with your college if they have employments going on. If you cannot afford to stay in college it's best you step back because it will always be there when you want to go back. Gather your resumes and list all the things that need to be taken care of such as a budget for each month or so. Check on all scholarships, grants etc to help you as well. There are a SHIT LOAD of money waiting to be given to someone who qualifies for it even for the dumbest things.

Talk to your family to also stop with the drugs, if they get caught that will be even worse on their records and pay off the fines.

One other thing is that you will probably qualify for some government assistance while you look for work to help you out. I'm not big on people who take advantage of the system, but in your case it's totally warranted and deserved. Look into it.

And I agree with Leon. There are lots of places that offer scholarships and grants that you can apply for. While some may be as little as a couple hundred dollars they can stack up if you keep applying to them.

If you are eligible you may be able to get some help paying rent for a while. If not i'm sure someone there can help you find a program that will work for you.

You should also contact your college financial aid office and ask if they have any emergency financial assistance programs.

I think they base your rent on your income, not sure what they do if that income is 0

Gainesville. I went to the Manassas campus of NOVA and now am a George Mason student lol.

Taking I-66 it does take me 8 minutes to get the Manassas driving at 75-80mph (speeding lawl)

Taking Route 29 takes me 15 minutes
