Forums timing out

The forums are constantly and consistently timing out. I know that you guys submitted a ticket not too long ago and that really didn't fix anything. Maybe it is time to find another service provider. I check the forums pretty often throughout the day and it seems like 90% of the time now I have to try and try and try to get to where I'm looking to go. I know from talking to people in vent that it is happening to everyone.
