Adobe After Effects Questions

Okay, so I was just wondering about the effects in Adobe After Effects Cs5.

I've gotten color correction, and audio correction and stuff like that, but

I want to take the next step into effects and i dont know how, If anybody

knows how to edit pretty good PM me and catch me in ventrillo or something on the lines

Most after effects stuff is starts in 3d programs like Maya and others. It's also enhanced a lot by some of the plugins from red giant, especially trapcode. Here's a website with more.
