Ventrilo disconnect

Been getting disconnects from ventrilo the past couple of days it will just random drop me then try to reconnect but then i can't, the message i get is this;

Unable to connect to the specified server. Contact the server admin and verify that the server is online. You should also verify the hostname and port number with the server admin to assure that you are trying to connect to the correct server.

All the information is the exact same, it started happening just after i got pfc rank changed on ventrilo.

It happens every once in a while, it just means our server took a crap. You're not the only one losing connection to ventrilo.

could we get a new provider would that help? Am willing to pay the bill if it about upgrading to something better
