This guy is the biggest douche on the planet.

half the shit he was spouting off about was incorrect and could only be construed as 'correct' if someone was to take certain situations and sentences stated completely literal - which the very constitution he was quoting was not written in a literal way, so why should the meanings applied to it be taken literally? They shouldn't.

He says: "You supposed to answer these questions, you know that - right?" - wasn't this guy quoting his constitutional rights earlier? Apparently he doesn't know the 5th amendment? Ignorance of the bullshit he is spewing is no excuse. This guy is beginning to sound like a full on idiot.

He also says: "your covering up your nametag aren't you" - is he serious? There will be a number on file about the incident, which he can obtain ALL copies from the police station which list in full the name of each officer on the scene... ignorance is no excuse. No wonder she looks at him like he's an idiot - she was probably thinking the same thing I was: "you fucking moron, all the officers names will be all over this report which you can get FOR FREE at the police station".

At around the 5 minute mark he's interfering with the police while they're performing their standard procedures - I hope this guy realizes that interfering with the police is an offense and they could have 'touched him' had they wanted to and been within their legal rights to do so. He wouldn't 'own' anyone.

Then tazed, then deported to whatever 3rd world fucking country he wants to claim if he's so happy not to be an American.

      MARINE CORPS ENLISTMENT OFFICE Camp Pendleton, CA   RECRUITMENT LETTER     Hello F. Flobbs   Thank you for taking interest in joining the 1st Marine Raider Battalion. There are a few things you should know before I give you a date for Basic Combat Training (BCT). Firstly, you are restricted to the weapon class of Rifleman for the duration of your time as a Recruit. Secondly, any questions you have about our unit, alternate times for your BCT, or just rules in general, you should contact your drill instructors GySgt. R. Fielding, 1stSgt. J. Candy, CWO. A. Pitteway, and 2ndLt. R.
