Strangely some weeks ago I could join the server and played on it but some days after access been blocked again, of course not using any vpn or other stuff. Really no idea what really happened. It helps to change your passwords on a monthly basis to prevent account hijacking, we suggest a password update at least once every three months. This is good practice for any accounts you want to keep secure.
As of March 2017 we've enabled Two-Factor Authentication. To keep your account extra secure, you can enroll your account here. Two-Factor Authentication lets you add Google Authenticator to your account, and in order to access secure parts of your account (Admin CP for example), you will need to enter a generated code. I highly recommend setting this up to keep your account and our website as secure as possible!
