Reasons for the Ban: Everytime I see him on the server he spamming his voice binds like crazy, he been kicked twice for it. He came back on today and within 2 mins of playing he spamming again. He left before Asmaro could ban him.

Is a permanent ban necessary? Would a 2 week+ ban suffice in getting the message across, or is he just a troll that should be ban hammered? I hate to jump right to the ban hammer on every offense.

I believe he is trolling, but a 2 week ban would most likely still get the message across. Can always perm if he comes back and still hasn't got the hint
