I actually plan new budget cuts for the Department of Defense in my spare time to save a buck on our taxes. The puppy throwing off a cliff was my idea, to simulate grenade training as we all know actual live grenades are more costly to the taxpayer. This is the next one I am proposing.

Naw, you can get a bag of them for 99 cents at the dollar store, helium sold seperately. Man, our SABOT rounds for our tank cost $10,000 a round and those are just training rounds. Live rounds start at around $40,000 a round.
