I need car help

So I'm working on a car for a friend of mine. If anyone has any ideas of what may be wrong I would greatly appreciate it. First things first it's a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am 2.2L 4cyl. The problem is the right side turn signal flashes really fast like when you have a dead bulb. I thought it was that so I changed all right side turn signal bulbs. Still didn't fix it. Then I looked at the relay and fuse for it. Both are fine and working properly. I'm stumped and its beyond my knowledge. Anyone know anything about it?

depending on how expensive, which I am not sure, try replacing the bulb socket. I could see how overtime the socket could gain corrosion or just ware and tear.

chances are it's a bad ground somewhere. when you take the ground away from a bulb socket it's like the bulb is blown or not there. check your grounds on the sockets and wherever the wires lead to.

Yea Lehman is right, I had the same problem with my Mazda. I thought it was the bulb but it turned out to be a bad ground. It could be rust, if the connector is too rusty make sure you replace it.
