Not me.

There are better out there. Every year they just release a new number (1,2,3) and they're always just slightly beefed up but essentially same stuff, new wrapper.

Not worth it with the other options that are out there now, cost considerably less and do just as much.

The only thing different of note between the iPad 2 & the iPad 3 is that they're putting in the HD retina resolution display into the iPad 3. An iPad in HD? But it's got a quad-core now! Just like the Asus Transformer tablet has.

iPad won't be straining my wallet anytime soon.

I have a 'tablet' computer made by IBM. Its basically a laptop that has a touch screen that flips around to become a tablet, then visa versa to have the keyboard visible. I would say that this product is more worthy of my money than some Apple product that is made out to be some kind of technological god. There are so many other products out there that have the same or more features in them that are cheeper and better. Even Kindles are better in my eyes.

Over in my side of the country, we praise iPads like they are the king of technology. ALL new students these days around my state have been given iPad 1's and in some places 2's. Those are the students in grades K-10. TOTALLY opposite on the issue of who should be exposed to more technology. I know that the little kids should be exposed to technology early for the Digital Age, but IMO, they are just 4 iPods/iPhones stuck together. Costs about as much as well. Should just give the kids iPods and save the money for more important things, like my Junior Prom not being in the middle of Fucking nowhere.

I personally find that tablet PC's in general are a waste. For some, I suppose they could be useful. For most, I find that they are inadequate for almost everything other than on-the-spot information sharing.

The IPad itself is ridiculously over priced. Compare the specs of an IPad with that of the less expensive tablet computers, and you will find that you are getting the same thing for much less money if you buy from Apple's competitors.

      MARINE CORPS ENLISTMENT OFFICE Camp Pendleton, CA   RECRUITMENT LETTER     Hello Paul Smith, Thank you for taking interest in joining the 1st Marine Raider Battalion.   During your trial period the following will occur: Once accepted as a Recruit, you will remain as a Recruit for 2 weeks from the day of your acceptance until the next BCT Class is offered. During your time as a recruit, it is highly encouraged to play within the Public Server and join Discord with our other members. Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by one of our DIs when the next available BCT is scheduled via the appropriate Discord channel.   We have a BCT class every two weeks. Please keep an eye out for when the next one is made available once you've completed your time requirements!   Upon stating that you understand all the information here, an admin will change your forum name and login to be :   P.
