Ventrillo - no voice sounds

Just recently notice that I can not hear anyone in Vent.

I've updated my system drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled newest version of Vent 3.08, updated headphone drivers.

I get the Vent system sounds, but no user voices.

All other programs work fine, like DoD, and so on.

Anyone have another idea?

I've tried both as admin and not.

in vent click setup, you will find that there is an output device on the first tab (voice) as well as on the binds and speech tabs. you output device on the voice tab is wrong, either binds or speech is correct if you're getting some sound, so check what is set on those tabs and try those options on the voice tab. you can always test if you have your input/output correct by clicking "test' on the voice tab. it will let you use your bind and talk and play back what you say. if that works then it should work in server.

Can't tell you how many times I have put the mute button on and forgotten to take it off.

No sweat, happens to the best of us.
