Lunch

[Goodwin 1st MRB]

Lunch today consisted of:

Steak, lightly carmelized onions, mashed potatoes and peppers (jalepeno, red, yellow and orange bell); The steak had been marinated about 40 minutes and braised in a white wine. It was delicious (although the steak could have been more pink for my liking).

Finished with a glass of Riesling.

Potato Baguette with aged white cheddar, ham, red onion, and tomato.
