Brief Description of Issue: I go to load payday and the screen flashes twice and the game doesn't load. Ive tried to load it 7 times and it just does the same thing over and over, please help because I really don't want to have $20 go to waste.

Don't fret too much. If it is a digital copy, there will be no problem with the game itself.

Is this a digital or physical copy of the game?

What kind of specs does your computer have? Compare them to the recommended specs for the game.

Was the game recently updated?

Has the game worked in the past, or is it your first time running it?

Restart your computer. Try it again.

Verify your game cache.

its solved, my computer froze up so i had to restart, and i thought i would give payday another try, and it started to work, now i just have a sound issue, but most likely its just a user error

Good to hear this was resolved.

One of the first things you should do when experiencing a strange game problem, is to restart your computer. Especially if it is a newly installed game.
