So I perused the rulebook and whatnot but could not find anything about this, so have a post; is gambling allowed here? Like are we allowed to set up any private/public bets? Does not have to be for money of course, but if we are allowed to, can it be?

I'm not a big gambler by any means, never even been to Vegas or Atlantic City, but a looong time ago, back in original DOD, my clan then used to have huge pools via the forums. It was a lot of fun and the pot could get substantial at times.
