Resolved-Open a password protected .doc

I have an important document containing a password that I need, however the document is password protected and I can't gain access. Does anyone know of any way to open the document?

What kind of "document" is the password located in?

Word? Excel? Notepad? Archived file? Protected folder? etc.

Try http://lastbit.com/word/default.asp. It is a password recovery tool for Word. There should be a free demo of the password recovery tool about half way down the page.

Keep in mind, I have not verified the software personally.

If that does not work for you, I suggest you search up other password recovery tools for Microsoft Word.

Pvt. T.Brown contacted me through steam as soon as he read I had an issue and he resolved it painlessly and quickly, directing me to a program that he has used (crackit). Within seconds I had my password displayed in front of me. Thanks for everyone's help.
