I'm building an Ottoman

My wife and I have decided that we want to build our own ottoman instead of buying one... It's turning out to cost almost as much if not more. I'll be posting pictures after I start it. It will be fun because we have practically 0 experience in wood work.

I remember a few years ago when my father and I re-did our entire kitchen ourselves (cabinets, drawers, counter structures, etc). It turned out great. In-fact the parts that were less then perfect, ended up being the parts that we could not do ourselves and had to hire out for (counter top).
