To add insult to injury this morning he had been starting up arguments and being rowdy, also got a few team wounds in spawn from shooting for no reason after being told to stop.

I Believe America was banned for an hour once before because he refused to take off 1st MRB tags after being told to repeatedly.

Seems like he is reluctant to change his behavior, and having 3 recent incident leading to bans, I find it legitimately to ban him permanent.
