Reasons for the Ban: Repeated intentional TK and TW, was warned repeatedly by non-admins. Warned once by admin. Directly after warning, tk'ed 3 people and fled the server.

Recommended duration of ban: Perm. This has been a reoccurring event for this person. According to Lalonde, he was at it for about 30 mins before an admin (myself) got onto the server.

Demo Provided?: N. Lalonde brought it to my attention, apparently attempting to contact some admins though they were busy at the time.
