i currently have a 91 accord with 115000 miles on it and my sister is wilingg to give me her 1997 grand am 145000 on it

her car is dented on all four bumpers and my wheel well is starting to rust

i am good at fixing up cars and the rust is no problem, should i keep mine or take hers?

Your car may be older but it has less miles #1 and although i am not a honda fan i will say honda does build a very reliable car and a great running motor, (NOT powerful, just reliable and good on gas). Pontiac not so much. there cars are meh and somewhat reliable but they have nothing on honda, plus hondas being so popular, if anything does go the parts will be easier to find and most likely cheaper. Id say stick with the accord. What engines do each car have if you know?
