So me and a few buddy from high school recently put a few buck into the Insanity work out DVD.

As a pretty active kid who plays basketball at least 3 times a week (pickup 5v5 games) Insanity work out is definitely the hardest thing i have had to do since high school football work outs if not harder. i have being weighing my self and found within a week i had dropped 2 to 3 lbs, and now seeing more weight gain from muscle. If I am not mistaken it is like a 2 month work out with some extra days added for like yoga stuff (stretches, break from the intense work outs). Each and every time I am standing in a pool of sweat after each work out. I would highly recommend this to people who want to stay in shape or get in shape!

I've been doing it a bit. I wont do it everyday and follow the specific routine, its too hard on my legs. I mix in insanity with a Naval Academy workout plan, but Insanity is definitely the harder workout. Just is too hard on my body for an everyday thing haha

Whats annoying is ive been doing a hard work out routine and dieting and im not losing any weight =|

How much was it after you bought what you needed?

What do I need to get?

How many times a week can I do it?

Can I still workout at the gym in the morning if I use insanity in the evening?

Might have more questions later =P

I'm gonna do it, childish I know =P

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too hard lol

That's what she said =P.....face palm anyone?

Quarterman,

Its my neighbors DVD so I dot know how much it was he said he bought it from some scabby website for $40 bucks which is crazy. but if its anywhere near as expensive as p90x it will be about $200.

Its a 40 min workout on average me and a few other buddies do it around 8 to 9 pm so that its not so warm out and we usually go to snap fitness (gym) to get some arm work and a little leg work it. so it is definitely manageable to work out before. also we usually go to the basketball courts on Sundays and Wednesdays to shoot some hoops with the varsity squad during the summer. so you gotta be pretty dedicated to keep up the 2 month program :P

the schedule is like 6 times a week with one break day which is Saturday for us because we like to party :P

Insanity is a lot of leg work and cardio, little to no arm work so yea.

i usually buy True-Mass Protein to recover from the work out and stuff but that's really up to you if you want to buy that stuff.

and zorbanos try eating 6-8 small meals through out the day. shrinks your stomach, increases your metabolism, drink a lot of water. Just gotta find a diet that suits your body type.

try the caveman diet.. you can eat all the food that you would like.. you just have to catch it first the trick! lol jk.
