I'm looking for a second opinion on this guy.

After looking through the demo, I cant really find enough evidence to ban him. Yes there are at several occasions that I raised suspiciousness but most of the time I think he just go by footsteps.

Tick 4500 - This is the most interesting part, he definitely prefires with the Thompson to kill the enemy, however, the enemy player moves backwards creating footnoises. But still this specific episode is very sketchy.

Tick 9000 - This particular incident I personally believe is fully based of footsteps, obviously its just a guess from my part, but theres nothing spectacular about this incident, nor is he following people through the walls.

Tick - 9800 ish - I do believe that if he had wallhack he would have been able to prefire alot of those people coming out of spawn, hence why I think hes playing with the use of sound instead.

Tick - 20200 - Here he is actually shocked when seeing the enemy, if he had wallhacks he would have prefired him, unless he was doing this on purpose though.

Tick 2300 - Iam suspicious however, still could be the sound of footsteps.

Without any doubt this demo is a tough nut to crack, and it simply could go both ways, however he has the benefit of the doubt.

Would have been appreciated to have another OFFICER opinion on this.
