Reasons for the Ban: Very tentative periodic multi-lingual mic spammer. Was doing it in German yesterday, was warned, then stopped. Today, vtr# dohms msged me saying he is doing it in Portuguese, but anytime a 1stMRB is in server, he quiets down. I joined, he was quiet, I left and he started right back up.

Recommended duration of ban: Anywhere from eternal damnation in the pits of hell to a day or two. Probably a day, just so he knows that 1stMRB don't have to be IN the server to police the server

Demo Provided?: N; kaba might have witnessed a little bit of it, told him about it but again, whenever one of us is in server, he stops (or at least settles it down to tolerable levels).
