Hey guys,

Just ran my first half marathon in Drumheller Alberta. I didn't really train for it, and it was the longest distance I've ran in one go. Next time I should train, for I am so sore. Took me 2 hrs and 31 mins to run.

See you guys next week hopefully =D. Miss you fucks, except douche bag cat brown ;D.

Very nice, if you come to Michigan you can run in some races here with me. I run 4 to 5 miles Tuesday through Friday and on Sunday, then 8 on Mondays. Good training if you need pointers on training for races let me know.

Way to go Quarterman!, cant wait to be able to start shooting you in the face some more. :)

~ps. Holy shit Hall, thats insane lol. I am most definitely jealous, between how out of shape I am and my asthma I would probably drop dead if i tried to run 8 miles.

Kind of have to be in shape to catch those that run from me lol. I am going to be doing Tough Mudder next year here in Michigan yeah! GF did it over the weekend with her Dr friends in Chicago.

I ran to the corner store once, got there had to break for 10mins longest block ever..........

But walking back and forth to physio every day should help with my cardio. So the next time I run I won't feel like a mini stroke

Grats on your completion of the marathon!
