How do you get promoted?

It’s simple – promotions are given to those who deserve them. Promotions are recommended by the Sergeants and are decided upon and given by the Officers. The Officers look at many different aspects of the soldier, mainly Activity, Leadership, Personality, Contribution, and Respect. The Officers look at Staff Positions held, how much effort is put into filling the servers as well as if there are any negative marks on the soldier's record.
