Reasons for the Ban: Accidental ban. Intended target left the server before the ban was put in, and it resulted in Legion being banned instead. (Was attempting to ban a team killer for one week, the intended person left just before I sent it, and it banned Legion permanently)

Comments: Requesting Legion be unbanned immediately, as he had done nothing wrong. It was my mistake not to check the log to make sure the intended person had still been there.
