Reasons for the Ban: keeps team killing intentionally just outside of spawn usually, other pubbers mentioned that he's been doing it for about an hour now. I've warned him twice since I joined server to stop.

I see that he was banned once before due to a ban request from DEC 2011. He can have his third strike.
