Editing has finished and the official release date for my first novel is January 13th, 2013, "F-Ring", by T.P. Brown.

This will come with multiple book tours all around the states, so once I find out all those, I'll be posting here and see if I come within close proximity to any 1stMRB and if you guys want to come support one of your own because shit, I HATE book signings, especially since I've already had 6 death threats from firstreaders of it.

SO, you should totally support one of your own FINALLY getting their fiction work published, DO IT.

8 years writing it, 1 year selling it, 1 year editing it...a work a decade in the making, finally coming to the world....I'm just a wee bit excited : )

That said, I'll obviously be taking a bit of a LOA once I figure all this stuff out, but my laptop can play some DOD:S and I'm sure I'll have a lot of downtime while sitting in hotel rooms fighting off the groupies, so I'll be around and able to play/forum-browse/ignore Parker's new choice of songs

You may all continue with your regular scheduled programs, as long as you post pictures of cats or other adorableness to celebrate with me : ) Cheers!

[edit] Forgot to mention, I'll have a crapload of copies in a month or so to give away to friends, so if you're interested in getting one, send me a message here or at my email (oizown at gmail dot com) with an address to send it to and I will. For FREE. Course, if you like it, you still have to buy one and give it to a friend : )

Sweetness, you going to have an ebook version as well? Oh and you should total do a book signing in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada!! I'lll buy beers and BBQ some of the best steaks you'll ever have!!

Oh and I'd like a signed first edition, I'll pay for the book and shipping, for my book collection.

I didn't see any selling or mention on here. What's this book about? I'm always open to a good read. If you wrote badly I'm going to tell you though.

Good point. I'll write a synopsis for you all, but I'm also going to edit in the post that if you want an advanced copy, I am fairly certain I'll have about 40 to give away next month and I don't know 40 people I want to give it away too, so if you'd like a copy before then, send me info where to send it and I will : )

And I write AMAZINGLY, if with all my adverbs and improper usage of them.

I want a signed first edition, but don't put shit like "To my dearest friend Parker" or anything like that. I want your signature and that's it otherwise it devalues the book if you ever become famous. That shit will sell like hotcakes on ebay.

Seriously though, congrats on the big achievement. I'm glad you got published and I hope you become a huge success.

Firstly, you are restricted to the weapon class of Rifleman for the duration of your time as a Recruit.
