Old news. A revolver firing large enough calibers with the sufficient cylinder lenght can accomodate shotgun shells. I believe Taurus offers a Judge model where you can load it with .410 shells.

Versatile for outdoorsmen, 3 rounds of .44 Magnum for bears and 3 rounds of .410 shotshell for watersnakes.

Yes, I am aware that you can get a .45 that fires .410 shotgun shells. This is quite different, mainly because it is a shotgun, not a hand gun. Also, it's available in larger gauges.
