[Parker 1st MRB]

The show is based on the DC comic the Green Arrow. After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow - a vigilante to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness.

I didn't follow the show at first because I was skeptical, but I read some great reviews about it and decided to watch it. Now I think this is probably one of my favorite shows, I just hope it doesn't go downhill from here. I'm not great at writing reviews so I won't even attempt to, all I can say is watch it and see if you like it as much as I do.

No, but it's on Hulu plus. I like it. some of the acting is a bit hokie some of the time, but it is a lot better than what I thought it was going to be when I first saw promos for it.

I wouldn't say it's my favorite show this fall, but it's definitely one that I enjoy, and would recommend to others to watch.

Pretty good show watched all 3 on my ipad last night when my computers video card fried and prevented me from playing dod.

Was wondering if they were going to give it its own series after Smallville renewed the role and popularity of the character.

It is a bit repetitive. New bad guy, same outcome. It's still a decent show if you're bored and want something to watch. I am a little disappointed with the show thus far, they had the opportunity to make it great but they leave me wanting something more.
