Options > Multiplayer > Advanced > Untick Film grain

This does not fix the bugged textures for power lines. This applied only to the purple screens people have when they are spawning.

From what I have heard, you need to set anti-aliasing above 2X to fix the problem. When I return from work tonight, I will test the solution.

I set it to 2x, and it cleared it up just fine, thanks Holland!

i had to set my antialiasing mode to at least 2x and it when away.
