I'd be all over this if my power company didnt decide to send me a $1200 bill yesterday which when I called to go WTF they said sorry we miscalculated your usuage this past year and this is the adjustment, aka go fuck your merry christmas care of SaskPower.

No clue, we call/online enter the readings every month and they have someone at the house usually every third month to do a reading (last time was in October).

Got to love Government owned utilities with zero competition. They hold you hostage one way or another.
