Excuse for the Unban: Cast believes I tk'd someone for revenge because they tk'd me. What really happened was that I was shooting at the enemy near half trak on Jagd, and a teammate got in the way of my pistol and i killed him. Cast reacted in 4 seconds and banned me, without even giving me the chance to say sorry to the guy.

Cast wasn't even on my teammate, and she is only guessing what has happened. Cast did not even believe me when I messaged her.

Cast's msg to me later in the day:

"the fact you didn't die after you shot him or anyone else die around the time you killed your teammates = makes you killing him pretty purposely"

First of all, this doesn't mean anything or prove anything; secondly, she didn't even see what happened.

She also exclaims: "bz I couldn't care less, I said oh bz for fuck sake really? and that was after you killed the guy, you type fast and you had enough time to apologizes for the tk you didn't which further led to the thought of it being purposely. Again I tell you do an unban request or wait it out"

If I had enough time to say sorry I would! I was still in the battle and I was trying to survive... but literally (i'm not lying) 4 seconds later, she banned me. She did not even talk to me about it or give me enough to explain... not to mention i was still playing.

Cast believes I also have a "history" with tk'ing people. I don't TK people on purpose or team wound them, and there isn't any evidence that I do.

I was present during the time. I did not notice any purposefully TKing by bz on my observations. The server did have quite a few teamkillers / wounders however, and this might've aggravated SSgt. Cast.

Cast is a good and respectful admin. I trust her with her decision. You are known to be nonrespectful to pubbers,and when you get tked you revenge TK. I personaly saw you at one time doing that and kicked you. You never appologized when you tked even if it was accidental even if i warned you that not appologizing will get you kicked. Take the punishment and suck it up. Remember that Major Yamagata warned you that if you slip again you will be permabanned, so you should hope that this ban doesnt get extended from week to permanent.

You bitched about a guy tking you to which I never saw him do it which is why I didn't warn the person in question. 5mins later I see you tk the guy you were bitch about, you didn't die or did you kill anyone. I said over the Mic a min after you tk'ed the guy 'Oh ffs bz really'. You had a whole min to 'apologize' to which you did not. The fact you bitched about the guy not 5mins ago, no one died near you and you didn't makes it look like a purposely tk. It doesn't matter if you have a history I treat you like any other pubber on the server. Fair enough if its all a misunderstanding but am sorry but the evidence against you at the time and still is pretty much against you.

Cast if I truly had a "minute" to reply, then why was I kicked from the server 4 seconds after I accidently killed the teammate. You did not even witness the situation, or saw what happened. Even an MRB member said that I didn't team-attack or team-kill anyone on purpose during that game.

Cast, please don't stretch this truth... You know I was banned within four seconds. I was in combat didn't die yet and couldn't say sorry yet. If you would have given me a chance to die, and to talk to me first, you would have understood that it was an accident.

As for Jank, I don't know what you hate me.. Literally, you think I am being serious when I joke around and have fun on the server. You take what Im saying out of context because I dont use my microphone, and I only type. Dude, I joke around and its only sarcasm. I tried telling you that once but you didn't listen. So Im sorry that you don't like me.

You have no screen shots, no demos, and you didn't even know/seen what happened.

I'm un-banning you because I agree the time between the team-kill was too short to establish intent. While it was by no means four seconds (and repetition of four seconds won't make it true) it was much too short of a time period to even allow for an apology, considering the circumstances that accidental team-kills can occur.

This is not a place to bicker. Lay out the groundwork and investigation will happen. bz, you're on thin ice as it is, I wouldn't encourage anymore bickering since you seem to have an issue with word choice.

This unban can be reversed by a higher ranking officer. Topic closed.
