Closed - Random Freezes in-game/in-1stMRB server

So I'll be playing on the unit's server and randomly it won't let me spawn/ the screen stops moving and becomes wavy and then just feeezes. Random freezes other times. Happened once or twice in CS:GO.

Any advice? I validated my files and reinstalled DoD:S, I don't remember if I had troubles after that.

*Note* I have steam downloaded to an external harddrive.

Update your graphics drivers.

Go to the in-game video options, make sure everything is set to the recommended options for your system (marked by a * beside the option).

Disable the bloom effect.

Go into the multiplayer tab, click advanced, and disable both film grain options.
