Brief Description of Issue:

Intermittently, in game, DOD:S will crash. No error message what so ever. When I try to restart DOD:S, "Game is unavailable , please try again at a later time." Restarts steam. Game launches. Joins game. Crashes in a matter of minutes.

Happened only after recent Steam update.

Also, in my other account, the Steam Overlay DOES NOT WORK. Works 1 time out of the 30+ times I got on that account.

And on my DOD:S account, the Steam Overlay also fails to work about 5 in 20 times...

This appears to be a common problem with Steam beta releases.

Go into your steam settings, in the account tab, and look for the beta participation section. Opt out of all beta programs.

Don't worry, you will still get steam updates like everyone else.

Alternatively, you can input -clearbeta into the command line in steam. Note, do not attempt this step if your steam games are installed on a drive other than the default steam installation folder.

Provided all your games are in the steam installation folder (as opposed to different drives), please try the -clearbeta command in the command line of steam, and get back to me with the results.

I will continue to look for a solution.

Gearhart recommended me that I delete ClientRegistry.blob and that fixed it. I was able to stay in game for over an hour. I guess that fixes it.
