happens when you go out of game, then back into game you see bodies fall? Everyone gets it far as I know I always have.

I get that aswell mostly when i get a lag spike.

yeh i get that when i Alt-Tab or if i get a lag spike pretty bad.. sometimes maybe during other occurances.. but i cant think of anything else

Do you notice anything else when this happens? Does you ping spike? Are you running any other programs in the background?

I notice a blue glitch in the game.

I had that happen to me before:

and I would type record 1 and then stop in console to fix it, or restart my game altogether... but it got worse and worse and developed into this:

Long story short, my video card was overheating and finally died.

I would suggest a quick canned air clean of the inside of your computer and make sure you have good ventilation on your GPU.

After speaking with Roussel, Major Yamagata's fix worked and the issue is resolved.
