Brief Description of Issue: For a few weeks now whenever I go on steam on explorer it keeps going in Portuguese language. I haven't touched anything so confused why it done it, need help switching it back to english pretty please.

In internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, click delete under browsing history. Make sure temporary internet files and cookies are checked, click delete.

In almost any browser, Ctrl+Shift+Delete brings up the clearing browsing history window. Just a quick shortcut to add from my list of pointless knowledge.
