Louie cracks me up constantly. It isn't even about the jokes themselves, but the delivery and timing and general sensibilities of the man get me laughing even if he's talking about fucking Hitler's mother while his dick is bigger than a monkey's paw; it's something nonsensical that wouldn't be very funny if anyone else said it, but if it comes from him, I laugh.
