How to fall asleep

Alright, 330 in the morning and i cannot sleep. What do you guys do to help fall asleep?

Close ur eye's....JK, put ur socket's in the dryer for 10 mins and then let the warn make u fall a sleep.

Well i usually would ask my sister to come in my room and ask her about her day so she would bore me to sleep but since she has went to collage i haven't been sleeping much lol, But now i listen to music, or i do small work outs (pull-ups, crunches, push-ups) to tire my self out...

Usually I listen to the Dan Patrick show which is 3 hours long and I play video games, read, etc. and with 20 mins to go i fall asleep. Last night though I listened to the whole thing then started to listen to a few old episodes I missed and still couldn't sleep.

This is confusing. Is it one shot for each sheep you count or one shot for the number of sheep you're on? If you're on 8 sheep do you take 8 shots or just one? lol
