A dinner I did up on the BBQ for some friends

Consists of T-Bone steaks with a garlicand herb rub, and once flipped a hot pepper jelly sauce rub (pepper jelly made from peppers grown in my garden)

Baked potatos with a garlic and herb rub with a cap full of coconut oil and a sprinkle of worchestire sauce wrapped in tinfoil.

Sliced mushrooms in a tinfoil pan, with some oil, worchestire sauce, soy sauce and a sprinkle of garlic and herb spices.

Mixed vegtables also in another tinfoil pan, with some oil and water to steam.

Final result was 4 very full and no longer hungry people who hauled sand bags for 9 hours in the hot sun.

I'll have to find some of my old pictures of the Japanese dishes I used to make, but until then I have this:

When I went to Cali last year, the girl I was staying with got one of those smoothie makers for graduation gift, so we went the local market and freakin' stocked up. Never felt so healthy in my life.

Got the recipe for this one? Soungs good.

Got some roasted red potatos on the BBQ right now, simmering with some Garlic, Greek herbs and a dash of oil. And soon the Jerk Chicken breasts will go on beside the potatos. While thats cooking heading to the garden to pull some fresh carrots and beans for a side dish.
