[brown's edit] I've been talking to Caboose throughout the night on how to do this unban request, and he's given me permission to edit this post with some more pertinent information (and a slight fix to the format). Here is a link to the ban itself; it is one of the bans that were carried over back in August 2012 with the old banned_user.cfg. Also, I could not find any record of a VAC ban on this account.

Your Steam ID is not on our ban site nor on the server list. Short of having your IP banned, which unless you use a different IP to join the forum than the one you use to game, none of your info matches our ban lists.

The reason why you wouldn't have a match for My ip. I had to get a new computer Plus a new internet supplier. Sorry for the problem that may have caused.

That still wouldn't prevent you from joining the server. If you have a different IP, you're not going to get caught by the filter...
