I was not present for this incident but he has used racist terms in our server whether it be him calling a person a "dumb nagger" which we all know what he is referring to or actually using racist terms in the past in our server.

I think this should be increased. He has not been banned for this reason before, but he has been ban previously from our server and I have first hand heard him use racism in our server. ( I gave him a warning and he didn't use any again while I was present)

EDIT: An update. Several people was saying he was saying "Naggers" like previously stated in my comments above. I dont know many ppl who use the phrase Dumb Nagger or even Nagger alone in a none racist way.
