I banned him for a day for a intentional TK and just creating a very negative environment on the server, but seeing as how he has a reccuring history that I was not aware of I do believe the ban should be increased to 3 weeks - 1 month.

Overal he is disrespectful towards admins when told to follow rules. He usually changes his name to having 6th RB at the end of it. Sometimes mean to pubbers. I think a month is acceptable to learn his leason or perm. I've had several problems with him before but it was months ago.
