Just a quick reminder to all of the new Privates that I have had a chance to help out or just bs'ed with; along with all the ones that I haven't had a chance to talk to, and the future Privates that would like to join the unit.

Being in a unit is not all about being promoted. It is about doing your job, and doing it right the 1st time. Whether that job being something as simple as holding a specific spot in a realism, to following the pub's restriction protocols, all the way to specific unit jobs (big or small). Just remember that the word of the unit is RESPECT, and it will get you further in this unit (and in life) than you could ever think possible.

If any of you need help with work in the unit, or just need general advice, don't hesitate to come up and ask. And if I don't know the answer, I am sure that I can get you someone that does! Keep on gaming!

Excellent advice Viktor. Most of you new privates remember me from BCT's as well, my door is also always open to help with anything. Remember your BCT rules/ protocols in the Raider Handbook and as Viktor stated, the word of the Unit, Respect.

Nothing short of poetry, well said Viktor. Nice to see an Enlisted member saying all of this, it shows that the message is getting through. Still us NCOs and SNCOs have to uphold the values you (and the Command Staff) have talked about.

Corporals are not enlisted, they are NCO's too. But yeah the important part is the message brought by Viktor. Great words man.
