My Fucked up Mic

Ok so this is just a heads up to everyone QQ'ing about my mic in the pub. Yeah I know it sucks. Yes I know it sounds like im eating my microphone. I can tell you I am not. I HAVE tried turning down the transmit volume on DoD:S's menu. I have tried new drivers, new plugs in, new firmware, anything I could get my hands on I have tried. When I find a fix for my fucked up mic, you will know.

SO STOP QQ'ING! lol.

Have you tried going into sound settings in your control panel and manually turning down your mic? Or gone through the headset setup?

I have gone through every menu involving sound on my computer, and on DoD:S. Its not bad on other games which I don't understand.

There's a transmit volume in your steam settings too... maybe try that next?
