Reasons for the Ban: I joined the server early this morning and Roussel greated me, what this pubber immediatly felt it pertinant to say was "Alright! Now Mute him!"

Roussel and I simply told him this wouldn't be a thing. Another player in the Pub then said something about a member playing without their Tags and Pants! responded with "No I'm not affiliated with any of your terrorist organizations."

I stated that this was disrespectful and Roussel indicated that it may even be considered Racist, that any further instances may result in a ban. Pants! then proceeded to state "Well then Ban me m***** f***** I don't care."

I silenced him to stop his spamming of the mic and to give him a chance to continue playing in the server. At this point I did not feel a ban or kick was neccessary and advised the pubber (Pants!) of this. I told him I had only silenced him as I didn't see anything yet to warrant a ban.

His response to being Silenced was this: "Player Pants! changed name to oh noes, muted by faggot

Player oh noes, muted by faggot left the game (Disconnect by user.)"

I ask for a ban only for this immature and incredibally disrespectful handling of being asked to not push touchy subjects in Voice Chat

Recommended duration of ban: 1 Month

Duration of Ban:Muppet banned for 1 day early this morning. I leave it up to the SO's discretion, but it I believe this user account and the other account deserve a high ban time.

Reasons for the Ban:Disrespect, gay bigotry, racism, and mic spam

Demo Provided?: C. Norris, Muppet (briefly to kick Pants), and I were witness. I have a partial recording via Fraps if needed. It does not capture the most egregious parts but it does have an example of the general disrespect of the user when he says "no it doesnt belong to these broke assholes" in reference to Norris and I not having admin rights on the server.

Comments:

I believe that this is the same Pants! that was banned previously for one Month but with a different Steam ID. This definitely is the MO of the same user with his statements saying that he does not care if we try to ban him, you guys have no power, etc. GameME stats confirm this as well with the two user IDs originating from San Antonio. Even in the current GameME account it shows he has a Steam avatar saying "Dead N***** Storage".
