I'm having issues trying to fix this purple sky in dod_paysage and was wondering what are the steps to fix this problem.

please try removing HDR if it is enabled. that has fixed it for me in the past.

The skybox that the map was requesting were missing on my system. The person who packaged the BSP for this map seems to have left off the skybox files when they made the newer version. I am not sure what version of the map will be used in the realism but it might be good to find out.

I did get this to work by first copying over the standard skybox files from the original maps that were daytime and just renaming them. I also downloaded the earlier version of the map and extracted the skybox files from the BSP and that worked as well. In both cases the sky looked the same so I imagine that copying the original skyboxes is what the original creator did too.

Attached are the files that I renamed. Extract the zip file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Day of Defeat Source\dod\custom". This will correct your skybox issue on that map.

i told him to disable hdr and it fixed it.

Cool, good catch. Personally though I would rather have the skybox correction than turning off HDR Closing ticket and making you the primary.
