Reasons for the Ban: According to our source bans he has been banned 4 times already and this is going to be his 5th offence. Today he was teamkilling and teamwounding and threw a nade at me in spawn and laughed about it. Because of all the chances he has been given is the reason why I recommend a permanent ban.

Recommended duration of ban: Permanent.

Demo Provided?: No.

Banned him for a month, if he comes back after that and continues to cause harm to the server's playing environment then he will be permanently banned.
