Duration of Ban: Permanent

Reasons for the Ban: I originally warned and then kicked CatGoose for tking. He rejoined and immediately started voice spamming and being disruptive. Barrington brought to my attention that he had been banned quite a bit before. As i was looking at source ban history, CatGoose types in chat 'ban her now' 'someone has a 9/11 inside job spray'. Gio was on same team as CatGoose so traced the spray seeing that it was his. He had been banned 5 times previously and doesn't seem to be learning from his mistakes. After seeing Wilson's permanent ban request for exact same thing (Link), decided to make his ban permanent.

Comments: Giovannoli was admin that issued ban. Barringtion and myself were present.
