Make sure you use the MSO Helpdesk form to keep things neat and organized, please. What exactly is the problem? Does the game open and crash, or does it not open at all?

Try verifying the integrity of game cache.

I chatted with Anderson last night and he said that his game is launching okay now. He does not know what fixed it. Resolving the issue.
